DWMPIRE · Proliferating Intelligent Reliability Everywhere

Maintenance reliability systems, at any scale — from one broken treadmill to forty thousand industrial assets.

Every operation hits the same three problems: unreliable asset data, a system nobody actually uses, and no discipline around work orders and parts. We fix all of that — and we hand the tools to the people doing the work.

Technician-firstValue shared with the doer

One engine. Several gears.

Same method at every scale: asset data → system setup → PM design → tracking → continuous improvement. The engine is identical — only the gear changes to match the room you're in. That's how one roof holds a plant manager and a craft buyer without either feeling lost.

THE METHOD (one engine)
G0 · self-serveG1 · prosumerG2 · small-opG3 · mid–large

Built by practitioners, for the people doing the work.

We're the technicians who got tired of firefighting, built the system, and now hand the tools to the people turning the wrench. Twenty-plus years of electro-mechanical experience — from U.S. Navy nuclear operations to resort maintenance management — turned into a repeatable method.

It's not about enriching shareholders. The value is shared with the people who create it — that's the technician-first anchor under every division here.

Our view on AI

AI gives you an answer. You still have to own it.

AI/LLMs are data processors, not decision-makers. They generate candidate material at speed — text, structure, patterns, options — but they hold no context, accountability, or consequence. So the human stays in the decision loop: the model proposes, the human decides and owns. And because fluency is not correctness, AI output has to carry provenance and be verified structurally — not trusted on tone. Keeping the human in the loop, and proving it, is the whole problem.
